Why I am so weak? I always ask myself this question. I always make conclusion by myself. Think about things according to common knowledge even sign contract. I feel difficult to negotiate with others so I accept the offer. and then later find out there are many issues not as what I thought in my mind. Then feel so depressed. There are many people sign a contract but disobey the contract they signed and doing things naturally as no one will know it. I have forever difficulty to do so. It is true no one else will know. but myself will know it. I feel it is not right. For example. I signed a contract with my own conclusion. for the contract is exactly the same as I signed before. so I accept the pay and coming housing issues. yet when I start to work here the different shows in their ways. as I do have a place to sleep. but inside the room there is nothing can hold my clothes and no desk for my daughter doing home work. no friends allow to visit. and the same contract I signed with other school is I got 50 percent after school teaching. but here this school says only when they school is 80 percent occupied will considering the percentage of after school teaching. which is not in the contract pay or not pay. before sign the contract school did not tell me and I did not ask. so it is my fault. I finished work at 4pm. I ask if I can teach private student around 6to 7 so I can get some extra income for cover the expenses here. Answer is no cannot. if I want to teach the payment from student have to go to school even it is off work time. I just feel uncomfortable. Yet any way the contract signed by myself. I have to shoulder for it. life is really playing with me. and I just want to be myself this way even I knew that I am weak. Yet next time i sign a contract I have to ask about every details. so I will not feel hurt as I did this time.
